Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Tomato - 4 (Cut in to thin pieces)

Onion - 1 (Large, Cut in to thin pieces)

Lemon Juice - 1/2 Cup

-Salt - Needed qty

Coriander - Little qty (Finely Cut)

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Toss to coat all the ingredients with liquid.
  • Set aside in a cool place for atleast 20 minutes.
  • Serve with other Eastern African dishes like Pilaf.
