Cantaloupe salad in a cantaloupe

For hot days, a refreshing salad is perfect. This time, we spotlight the cantaloupe, but you can use any fruit you like. Serve it in the cantaloupe for a more original touch :)

- A melon baller
Preparation
Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh.
Make balls from the watermelon (about 8). Cut the cucumber into small pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the prosciutto, and chop the basil.
Combine everything in a bowl: cantaloupe and watermelon balls, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
Spoon the salad into each cantaloupe half, and you're done!
