Have you ever thought about a salad with bread? Yes, it exists! We bring you a perfect Italian salad for spring or summer days. A refreshing combination of tomatoes, onions, basil, and bread. Now it's your turn to make it and customize it to your liking! :)

- bowl, knife, cutting board
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the onion into slices, the bread into cubes, and chop the fresh basil. Put everything in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar, then mix everything together.
Finally, when serving, add shaved Parmesan on top, and enjoy your delicious fresh salad! :)
Observations
You can also add cucumber or bell peppers if you want. You can use any type of bread. If the bread you want to use is soft, you can toast it like croutons, either in a pan or in the oven. This is, so to speak, the base recipe; then, you can add the ingredients you like the most (tuna, bell pepper, corn, cucumber....)
