Preparation

  • Step 1 - Panzanella salad - Italian salad
    Cut tomatoes into quarters, onion into slices and bread into cubes. Put it all in a bowl. Chop some fresh basil on top.
  • Step 2 - Panzanella salad - Italian salad
    Season with salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar and mix it all.
  • Step 3 - Panzanella salad - Italian salad
    Serve and grate some parmesan on top. There you are, your Panzanella salad is ready !
