4 cups flour

1 tsp salt

0.3 oz fresh yeast

0.5 oz olive oil

1.25 cups water

1/3 cup olive oil

1 oz water

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Form a hole and put the fresh yeast in it. Add the olive oil and the water and knead during about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    Form a bowl with the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Leave to rest 20 min at room temperature.
  • Step 3 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    Spread the dough directly on the baking sheet and leave to rest 20 min at room temperature again.

    Make holes in the dough with your fingers. Mix the olive oil and the water together.

    Pour this on the focaccia and spread it well.
  • Step 6 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    Sprinkle with rosemary and salt flower and leave to rest 20 min at room temperature again.
  • Step 7 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    Bake it 20 min at 200°C (390°F)
  • Step 8 - Focaccia, italian bread with rosemary
    There you are ! Your focaccia is ready !
