- Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Form a hole and put the fresh yeast in it. Add the olive oil and the water and knead during about 5 minutes.
- Form a bowl with the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Leave to rest 20 min at room temperature.
- Spread the dough directly on the baking sheet and leave to rest 20 min at room temperature again.
- Make holes in the dough with your fingers. Mix the olive oil and the water together.
- Pour this on the focaccia and spread it well.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and salt flower and leave to rest 20 min at room temperature again.
- Bake it 20 min at 200°C (390°F)
- There you are ! Your focaccia is ready !
