French landaise salad
Go straight to the South West of France to taste this incredible salad, so full of good food that it is a meal as itself!
Ingredients
Number of serving: 4
mesclun mix
5 oz corn
1 shallot
3.5 oz corned duck gizzards
4 slices of foie gras
Preparation
- Put some mesclun mix in a salad bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and the corn.
- Add the minced shallot, the asparagus tips and the pine nuts.
- Then add the duck prosciutto slices (without the fat), and the corned gizzards. Use the seasoning you want.
- Mix the salad, then add the foie gras slices on it.
- There you are, your French landaise salad is ready!
