French landaise salad
Go straight to the South West of France to taste this incredible salad, so full of good food that it is a meal as itself!
Preparation

Put some mesclun mix in a salad bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and the corn.

Add the minced shallot, the asparagus tips and the pine nuts.

Then add the duck prosciutto slices (without the fat), and the corned gizzards. Use the seasoning you want.

Mix the salad, then add the foie gras slices on it.

There you are, your French landaise salad is ready!
