Preparation
Put some mesclun mix in a salad bowl. Add the diced tomatoes and the corn.
Add the minced shallot, the asparagus tips and the pine nuts.
Then add the duck prosciutto slices (removing the fat), along with the confit gizzards. Season with the dressing of your choice.
Toss the salad, then place the foie gras slices on top.
And there you have it, your landaise salad is ready!
