Sofrito de Broccolini con Ajo

500 gr. de Broccolini cortado a lo largo
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
2 dientes de ajo picados
½ cucharadita de sal
Pimienta molida a gusto
Como
A) Cueza el broccolini al vapor durante 6? y cuélelo.
B) Caliente 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y antes de que humee, ponga a freír 1 diente de ajo picado y revuelva durante 30 segundos, hasta que dore. Agregue la mitad del broccolini y la mitad de la sal y revolviendo fría por 2?. Transfiera el broccolini frito a una fuente y repita con la mitad restante de los ingredientes el mismo proceso. Sirva el broccolini sofrito caliente, con polenta, o puré, o arroz.
Exquisito!
