- Cook your pasta according to package directions. In the meanwhile chop your garlic and onion. If using fresh pepper chop it too.
- Defrost peppers and broccoli. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch chunks. When your pasta is done cooking drain, rinse and set aside.
- Using the same pot, cook your turkey sausage first. After a few minutes add broccoli, then your onion and pepper. Cook a few minutes more and add your garlic.
- After a two to three minutes pour in your tomato sauce. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add your cooked pasta stirring to coat and cook until pasta is warmed through.
