Ingredients

1 Jar Tomato Sauce
1/2 a box of pasta or 1 bag frozen tortellini
3 cloves garlic
1/2 a medium yellow onion
1/3 bag frozen 3 color peppers or 1 pepper of your choice
1 box frozen broccoli
1/2 package turkey sausage or 3 big links

Cook your pasta according to package directions. In the meanwhile chop your garlic and onion. If using fresh pepper chop it too.
Defrost peppers and broccoli. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch chunks. When your pasta is done cooking drain, rinse and set aside.
Using the same pot, cook your turkey sausage first. After a few minutes add broccoli, then your onion and pepper. Cook a few minutes more and add your garlic.
After a two to three minutes pour in your tomato sauce. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add your cooked pasta stirring to coat and cook until pasta is warmed through.
