Super cheap and very quick to prepare, pasta with onion cream is a recipe to keep on hand at all times: it will save your life when friends or relatives suddenly land at your house. Cut the onion and garlic into very thin slices.
Drizzle some olive oil and a knob of butter into a pan. Then add the onion and garlic and let them brown for a few minutes.
Deglaze with white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. Then add 1 large glass of water and continue cooking for 10 minutes (medium-high heat), stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
When the onion is cooked, blend it until creamy. Then pour it back into the pan and add the fresh cream and pepper.
Continue cooking until the cream thickens, then add finely chopped parsley and stir.
Drain the pasta al dente, pour it into the pan with the onion sauce, and toss quickly.
Plate and sprinkle with black pepper. Your pasta with a creamy onion sauce is ready!
