Spinach Frittata

Frittata is nothing but an Italian omelette. Its just thick and loaded with deliciousness. You can add any thing or what ever you want and turn it to your own recipe. A perfect & complete breakfast or brunch.

Spinach Frittata
Preparation time = 20 mins
Serves = 4
Calories = Approx 140/ Serving

INGREDIENTS-
6 Eggs
2 Tbsp Heavy cream
1 Cup Spinach (Chopped)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Feta cheese
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste (Around 2 tsp)

PREPARATION-
1. Beat all the eggs along with cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Heat oilve oil in a shallow pan. Add onion, garlic and saute till tender. Now add spinach, crushed red peppers and cook till spinach is wilted.
3. Simmer the stove and pour in the eggs in the pan. Slowly stir everything together and cook till the eggs are set on a very low flame.
4. Once the eggs are set sprinkle the feta cheese over the frittata and flip over on to a plate. now transfer it in the pan on the other side and cook for few more mins.
5. If you cannot flip it over, preheat the oven to 350*F and cook for 2-3 mins or until the cheese browns. Make sure you use a oven safe pan.

Spinach Frittata

Serve for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
