Ingredients:
1 lb extra firm tofu
1 Tbs braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp onion powder?
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
pinch celery seed

Preparation:
step 1
Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess water.
step 2
Then cut in strips or cubes and marinate with soy sauce and set aside.
step 3
In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients well.
step 4
Coat tofu with dry mix and place on a greased baking sheet.
step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes turning halfway.
step 6
You may also cook on a lightly oiled frying pan until golden and crispy.
