Steak and salad


By What I Had For Dinner Tonight (Visit website)




I marinated the steak in KC Masterpiece steak sauce and grilled it on the GeoFo. I served it with maytake mushrooms sautéed in butter with garlic shoots and diced onions with a little soy sauce. On the side, a combination of roasted veggies- parsnips, carrots, beets, potatoes, garlic shoots and onions tossed in dill and olive oil. And a tossed salad with basil ranch dressing.
