Steamed Tofu with Seaweed & Minced Pork

Ingredient
1 block silken tofu, drained well
100gm minced pork (marinate with 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper)1 sheet seaweed, shredded1 egg, lightly beaten1/2 tsp salt1 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepperMethod
Mash tofu over a sieve. This will give a smoother & fine texture to the dish.Mix all ingredient together and place in a steaming bowl. Steam over medium heat for 15mins.
