Sup Tom Yam ( Thailand )

Rasa Sup Tom Yam yang segar dan hangat ini sangat cocok untuk cuaca dingin seperti sekarang.. Tapi .. dimakan saat udara panas cocok juga .. :D
Resep asli dari Bess Diah Raki, Saya pilih Tom Yam bening.. Tapi pastinya seperti dalam resep asli dengan ditambahkan susu atau santan lebih creamy .. !!

Ingredients:
250 gr udang bersihkan sisakan ekornya, belah punggungnya
100 gr cumi2 potong bentuk cincin
75 gr jamur merang/jamur kancing potong
3 batang serai potong serong
2 cm lengkuas potong tipis
5 lembar daun jeruk lepaskan tulang daunnya *bs ditambah
3 sdm kecap ikan
10 bj caberawit merah potong2 atw tergantung selera
daun ketumbar cincang kasar
minyak goreng untuk menumis
1,5 lt air / disesuaikan
garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
6 sdm air perasan jeruk nipis atw sesuai selera
75 ml susu evaporated atw santan kental atw jika tdk suka d ignore aja ^_^

untuk chili paste, bumbu yg dihaluskan;
10 bj cabe merah
6 bj bawang putih
terasi secukupnya

Directions:
didihkan air, sementara itu tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan, lalu masukkan k dlm air yg sedang dididihkan.
kemudian masukkan jamur, serai, daun jeruk, lengkuas, kecap ikan, tunggu sesaat, setelah harum masukkan udang dan cumi, garam dan gula rebus sebentar saja agar udang dan cumi tdk alot. sesaat sebelum diangkat masukkan cabe rawit, susu evaporated/santan kental dan air perasan jeruk nipis lalu angkat taburi dngn daun ketumbar lalu hidangkan hangat2
