Chicken ramen: the easy version of this iconic asian dish!

- Marinate chicken with sesame oil, white pepper and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Heat pan with 2 tbsp of oil. When the oil starts to glisten, add in egg and fry until 3/4 way cooked on medium heat.
- Push the eggs to one side of the pan, saute garlic and chilli flakes until aromatic.
- Add chicken to the egg mixture and saute until they are cooked.
- Add macaroni, soy sauce and kecap manis to the chicken mixture. Stir to combine and cook for further a minute or two.
- Add in bean sprouts and some chives and cook until they are slightly soften.
- Sprinkle some chives over the macaroni just before serving.
