Chicken Chow Mac (Asian Style Macaroni)
Preparation

Marinate chicken with sesame oil, white pepper and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Heat pan with 2 tbsp of oil. When the oil starts to glisten, add in egg and fry until 3/4 way cooked on medium heat.

Push the eggs to one side of the pan, saute garlic and chilli flakes until aromatic.

Add chicken to the egg mixture and saute until they are cooked.

Add macaroni, soy sauce and kecap manis to the chicken mixture. Stir to combine and cook for further a minute or two.

Add in bean sprouts and some chives and cook until they are slightly soften.

Sprinkle some chives over the macaroni just before serving.
