- For the spaghetti
Boil water in a boiling pot. Add salt and oil in it.
Add the spaghetti in the boiling water and wait until it turns al-dante. It will take nearly 8 to 10 minutes. Next drain the spaghetti in a colander and place it over cold running water.
Keep aside to let drain the remaining water. - Meat ball preparation
In a mixing bowl bring together minced chicken, onion, chillies, salt, eggs, bread crumbs and minced ginger and garlic. Mix well and prepare 1 inch balls out of this.
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying in medium heat.
Once the oil is hot fry out all the balls until they are golden brown in colour. - Sauce preparation
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute until onion turns transparent.
Now add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Fry until the tomatoes are fully done.
Next make a sauce mixture by adding water to the tomato sauce, soy sauce and red chilli paste or tobasco. whip well and then add this sauce mixture to the tomatoes.
Season with salt , pepper and oregano .
Now add all the meat balls and let this simmer until you the get the sauce of desired consistency.
Once done turn off the heat and serve it hot over the spaghetti . Sprinkle some chopped coriander on the top of the meat balls. - Enjoy your chicken meat balls over spaghetti .
