Thai Style Chicken Curry
Thai Style Chicken Curry Ingredients ½ kg Chicken with bones1 cup Coconut milk 1 cup Mushrooms 4 Lemon leaves 5-6 Garlic 2-3 Chopped red chilies 10-12 Bezels leaf ½ tsp Crushed black pepper 2-3 tbsp Red curry paste 2-3 tbsp Fish sauce 3-4 tbsp Oil Salt to taste Method In a pan heat 3-4 oil and knead 5-6 garlic cloves with ½ kg chicken. When the chicken change the color, then add 2-3tbsp red curry paste, 2-3tbsp fish sauce, 5 lemon leaves, ½ tsp black pepper, 2-3 red chilies, 1cup mushrooms and salt to tasteKnead it for 4-5 minutes. In the end add 1cup coconut milk with 1 cup water and fry till the mixture get thick.
