Twilight Saga "Eclipse" Book Cake

I am a HUGE twilight saga book and movie fan. I read all the books in one week. I just heart this series. I am team Jacob all the way.

I went to the midnight screening last night with some of my girls so I decided to make this book cake for fun for us to eat at the premier of the movie. Oh boy, did this cake get allot of attention at the movies. We went to Studio Movie Grill, where you eat and watch a movie at the same time. I love this place. Twilight fans were taking lots of pictures of this cake and were amazed with it. I fed the whole section (about 20 poeple) that we were sitting in. I had the cake sitting on the table, and it looked just like the book.

I made a Red Velvet cake with mini chocolate chip morsels and frosted with a cream cheese frosting and I made a marshmallow fondant for the sides and the cover. This cake taste so good.

I am impressed with this cake as well. I had so much fun making it. Next Twilight book cake im going to make is "Breaking Dawn"...YoooHoooo!!!
