Vaazhakkai Podimas/Vaazhakkai Puttu/Plantain Podimas

Ingredients:
Raw Banana/Vaazhakkai-1Onion-1 medium choppedGreen chilly-2 nos slitGarlic-2 mash itMustard/channa dal-1teaspoonshredded coconut -2table spoonOil-1teaspoon                                                    Cut the both edges and,break in to two piece,Steam cook the Raw banana/vaazhakkai,with added salt and turmeric powder.Remove the skin,and grate keep aside.
Method:


Heat oil in the pan,splutter mustard,channa dal,and curry leaves,green chilliesNow add garlic and onion and fry well.Add grated Plantain/Vaazhakkai and mix it well add salt and turmeric powder.Finally add shredded coconut and cilantro.Ready to serve with,all type of satham.

This's a simple recipe.
