Week-End in Quebec City

My son and I spent 4 days in beautiful Quebec City. He went to take part of the 'Dictée des Amériques?, which is an international French spelling and grammar competition. He was representing British Columbia. He did not place first but we had a wonderful experience. We met people from more than 50 countries. All of our expenses were paid. We stayed at the Hilton just beside the Parliament. The competition took part in the Red Room of the Parliament.

The weather was beautiful on Saturday and I walked in the streets of Old Quebec City. I could have spent days just walking around. It's such a beautiful city. I also have a sister that lives there and we met. It was nice because we don't see each other often.
