Easy crockpot lentil soup

Ingredients

• 1 package dried lentils
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 large onion
• 1 large potato
• 1 ½ cups prewashed, prepackaged cole slaw mix (cabbage and carrots).
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
• 1 (10 ¾-ounce) can condensed chicken soup (any kind)
• 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
• Water
