  • When oil is heated, fry shallots, ginger, tomato and radish all together.
    Continue frying for the browning of radish.
    Add dhal, coriander powder, turmeric, chilly flakes, coconut, salt and water.
    Stir all together and simmer to cook the radish.
    Off the heat and lastly stir in the coriander leaves.
