Breakfast(s) - egg white, spinach, and mushroom omelets; egg white, sliced turkey, red onion, green pepper, and tomato English muffin breakfast sandwich (imitation of Subway's breakfast sandwich) Lunch(s) - leftovers; salads; boca burgers; Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meals Snack(s) - String cheese; apples; sauteed vegetables; WW canned soup related searches : Weekly
