We have a winner! Congratulations to lucky number 13 which was Joan of Maine. I will UPS her package to her on Tuesday. These are photos of Ted drawing the winning number: ![]() Shaking it up in the hat

Thank you everyone for commenting. It was Apple Crumbles first give away. Check back for more to come ’cause it was fun! We have a movie review from last night to offer, “Valkyrie”. Now I’m not a Tom Cruise fan, but I did enjoy this one. Ted fell asleep. He didn’t like it. He is the history buff and I’m not so …go figure.
Now for some food… I caught Ted preparing a frozen pizza for lunch. It was a vegetable pizza and he added 2 Morning Star meatless sausage patties, and then …get ready for this…broke an egg in the middle. EEWWWW!
Tonight’s grill: Grilled Red Snapper
1/8 cup lemon juice 1 TBS olive oil 3 fresh sprigs Thyme Salt and red pepper to taste 1 lb Fresh Red Snapper Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Salt and red pepper the fish. Pour marinade over fish and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set grill to 400 F and grill 5 minutes per side. The fish is tangy (lemon juice) with a little kick (red pepper), but not much. It was a hit with both of us, but then again, you can’t go wrong with fresh fish and a good grill chef (that would be Ted). Served with fresh steamed green beans. Back to work tomorrow. Everyone… up early, get your workout done, then have a great day! Posted in Life Tagged: Grilled Red Snapper, Morning Star FArms Sausage Patties ![]() related searches : Winner
