Yogo Tarts
After making the Chicken, Leek and Potato pie, I had some left over pastry. Searching the pantry for something to do with it, I found some yogo that had reached its best before date and a few crushed teddy bear biscuits in the bottom of the biscuit tin. The result was Chocolate Custard tarts. Chocolate Custard Tarts (Amines, Low Salicylates, Low Glutamates) Puff PastryYogoCrushed plain biscuits Preheat oven to 180 C and grease some small tart pans.Line the pans with pastry and fill with Yogo, then top with some of the biscuit crumbs.Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Variation: Use vanilla custard instead of the Yogo for a low chemical version. ![]()
