Chinese egg foo yung

A simple but delectable dish, either as a side dish or sandwich filling.

Chow mein (chao men), chinese noodles with chicken and vegetables

Turkey, coleslaw, and hard-boiled egg bagel sandwich

- When oil is heated, saute garlic for a couple of seconds.
Break in eggs and start scrambling.
Half way through, add the rest of the ingredients.
Very quickly give a couple of stirs and remove from heat.
Note: To retain the crunchy texture of the cabbage. do not over stir/over cook.
