  • When oil is heated, saute garlic for a couple of seconds.

    Break in eggs and start scrambling.

    Half way through, add the rest of the ingredients.

    Very quickly give a couple of stirs and remove from heat.

    Note: To retain the crunchy texture of the cabbage. do not over stir/over cook.
