Salted egg yolk fish

Ingredients

For the fish :

• 2 pieces kerisi merah (red snapper ; de-gut and cut into two)
• 2 tsp corn flour
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste

For other ingredients :

• 2 salted eggs (boiled, remove the yolks and gently crumbled ; you can also use the whites)
• 1 red onion (chopped)
• 1/2 inch ginger (chopped)
• 2 red chilies (or 2 bird eye chilies - cut into pieces)
• 2 sprigs coriander leaves (shredded/chopped)
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp light soy sauce
• Oil (as needed)
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste (use sparingly or taste before adding)
