Yummy, Sea Cakes!

By these photos you may think my kitchen was filled with fog..........it wasn't! Hehehe
For some reason my camera just kept going foggy?!

I had a grand bowl of porridge today. Millet flakes, soya bran, choc soya protein powder, maca
milk, water, banana, nut butter and walnuts, fabulous!

Awwwwwww look at my rose! Thank Mr Wayne : )

After breakfast I decided to leave early for work so I could go the seafront way which meant I could get in my steps! It also meant I could take a few photos of my town to share with you.....

The seafront was still icy from the snow........

I love this clock, when I go running along the seafront I like to pass this clock for a time check
(when I'm watch less!)

This is a sad photo for me, we are one of the last towns by the sea with a pier but its closed with
not much hope of being reopened. It would be a real shame if it is left just to fall to bits : (

I actually used to work on the pier many moons ago and I would love for it to be open again

I love this building, I always wanted to live in a flat with a balcony.

Another building I love, I always wanted to live here too.

After my morning walk it was time for work, we weren't to busy today so the day kinda dragged.
I was glad when I could have lunch and read some of my magazine

Salmon salad with quinoa, raw veggies and balsamic vinegar. I cut out the oil on my salad today and it was just as yummy

Homemade protein bar pudding

I was glad when 4.30 came round so I could get on my way. I had some shops to pop into on my home. Soya yogurt was needed as well as quinoa flakes and basmati brown rice.

I got home pretty hungry so grabbed some rice cakes with nut butter to hold me over till dinner.

I had a new product for my dinner tonight SEA CAKES! These are tofu and other ingredients including seaweed

I cut 1 of my sea cakes in half and heated through in a pan with spray oil.

I also had roasted veg and hummus, this was a great combo of flavors. I only discovered roasted
broccoli a few months ago but its becoming my favorite roasted vegetable i lobe the way it crisps up. So good!

I followed this with some chocolate avocado ice cream and actually remembered the recipe.......

Mint Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream

1/2 cup low lacto milk
1 scoop of chocolate soya protein powder
4-6 ice cubes
1/2 avocado
1tsp cocoa
gums
2-3 drops of peppermint extract

All ingredients whizzed up in a blender. I topped mine with raisins but you could use anything
from m&m's to almonds to coconut what ever ya fancy.
But be warned your gonna love this!

My house is freezing so I'm off to get into my warm bed and read blogs so bye for now x x

Question:

Whats your favorite workout dvd?

I love all of Davina Mccalls and I just bought 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels for when I'm better
