Clean the shrimp, remove the tails and place in a bowl (if using frozen shrimp tails, simply thaw in a bowl and drain).
Finely chop a clove of garlic and place in the bowl with the shrimps. Add lemon juice, pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with cling film and marinate the shrimp in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Line the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper and arrange the shrimp. Cook for 12 minutes at 370°F/190°C.
The shrimps are ready! You can season them with their cooking juices to give the dish more flavour :-)
