Ingredients
Materials
- frying pan
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Rinse the shrimp and place them in the pan. Sprinkle with flour and paprika, and mix well.
Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Then, pour the whiskey over the shrimp and flambé. WARNING: If your range hood is on, turn it off before flambéing the shrimp, as it could cause the flames to rise very high!
Once the flames are out, remove the shrimp from the pan and generously sprinkle them with salt flakes. Mix well.
And there you have it, your flambéed shrimp with whiskey are ready!
