Low calorie kerala chicken cutlet: a healthier starter
The low calorie kerala chicken cutlet is a delightful starter that combines boiled and minced chicken with mashed potatoes, creating a flavorful base. Enhanced with spices like red chilli powder and garam masala, these cutlets are coated in breadcrumbs for a satisfying crunch. Perfect for those looking for a lighter option, this dish is both delicious and nutritious, making it an excellent way to kick off your meal.
Savoury clafoutis with cherry tomatoes and tuna: a unique main dish
Our savoury clafoutis with cherry tomatoes and tuna is a delightful twist on the traditional clafoutis. This dish features a rich batter made from eggs and cornstarch, baked to perfection with cherry tomatoes and cooked tuna. The combination of flavors is both comforting and refreshing, making it a fantastic centerpiece for your meal. Serve it alongside a mixed salad for a complete dining experience that your family will love.
Fruit & nut cookies: a sweet ending
Conclude your meal with our fruit & nut cookies, a delightful dessert that combines dried fruits and nuts with a touch of honey and sherry. These cookies are not only sweet but also packed with flavor, thanks to the addition of ground cloves and a hint of lemon juice. Allowing the mixture to sit overnight enhances the flavors, resulting in a chewy and satisfying treat that pairs perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee.
