Questions
The ingredients list says corn starch, but the instructions say corn flour. Which is right? Also, can I substitute with any other flour or starch?
The recipe calls for cornstarch, which is correct for a light texture. You can substitute with arrowroot or potato starch. Avoid regular flour as it changes the texture and heaviness of the clafoutis.
