A tuna panini that we love at Ptitchef! Paired with tomato sauce, you'll get a hint of spiciness and acidity from the red onion and capers. A perfect mix for a quick movie night platter, to be devoured with your fingers ;-)

Preparation
Combine tomato sauce with olive oil, oregano, and salt.
Spread half of this sauce on one half of the panini bread and reserve the rest for the other half.
Crumble the tuna on top.
Add mozzarella slices, red onion slices, and capers.
Spread the remaining tomato sauce on the other half of the panini bread and close the sandwich.
Cook in a panini press for about 5 minutes. And there you have it! Your panini is ready!
