Ingredients

140 gr cooked tuna (1 can)


1/2 onion

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

8 filo pastry sheets

1 egg

1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Tuna and tomato samosas
    Prepare stuffing :
    Dice the tomato and onion. Drain and crumble the tuna. Mix it with the tomato and the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2 - Tuna and tomato samosas
    Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the sheet in half and put some stuffing at one edge.Start to fold into triangles.
  • Step 3 - Tuna and tomato samosas
    Fold again into triangles, brush the filo puff pastry left with egg wash and press to seal the samosa.
  • Step 4 - Tuna and tomato samosas
    Put the samosas on a baking sheet and brush some olive oil on each side. Bake 10 min a 390°F (200°C).
