  • Tuna and tomato samosas - Preparation step 1Prepare the filling:
    Drain the tuna, then crumble it and mix it with the diced tomato and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Tuna and tomato samosas - Preparation step 2Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the halves in two and place a tablespoon of filling at the edge of the sheet. Fold to form a triangle.
