Tuna tomato and feta muffins

Ingredients

• 1 tomato
• 100 gr feta cheese
• 130 gr tuna
• 150 gr flour
• 5 gr baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 100 ml olive oil
• pepper

Materials

• Muffin mold

Preparation

• Clean and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Crumble the tuna. Cut the feta into small pieces too.
• Mix eggs + flour+ baking powder + olive oil + salt + pepper in a bowl.
  
• Add the tomato + tuna + feta cheese and mix well. Pour the batter in a greased muffin mold.
• Bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  
• There you are, your muffins are ready !
