Tuna and tomato quiche
Easy to make, this quiche combining the perfect blend of tuna and tomato will delight you for dinner. Quick to prepare, as we don't always have time to cook, a slice of this quiche accompanied by a mixed salad will make a perfect balanced meal. Combine the eggs with the cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Drain and crumble the tuna, and add it to the previous mixture. Roll out the pie crust in your tart pan, and pour this mixture into it.
Slice the tomatoes, and arrange them on top of the quiche. Sprinkle with herbs de Provence.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your tuna and tomato quiche is ready!
