Christmas is just around the corner, and what better way to start the meal than with a festive, gourmet aperitif? Here's a selection of vegetarian recipes that will make your guests melt. Simple, tasty and elegant, they'll fit in perfectly with the festive spirit :)
1. Cheese friands with puff pasty
There's nothing like a crunchy puff pastry to kick off the festivities. Prepare little friands filled with a mixture of grated cheese (Emmental, Cheddar or, like us, Comté!) and a touch of cream for a melting result. Cut the puff pastry into squares, add your filling, fold over and brush with an beaten egg. Place in the oven, and you're done! :)

For a colorful, creamy aperitif, this spread is a must! Roast pumpkin in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, then mix with crumbled feta, a little yoghurt and the spices of your choice.
