Put the speculoos and melted butter in a food processor. Blend well.
Place about 1 tablespoon of this mixture into muffin liners arranged in a muffin pan. Press down with a teaspoon. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone, cold heavy cream, icing sugar, and speculoos spread using an electric mixer until well mixed.
Spoon the cheesecake batter into the liners and smooth the top to fill them to the brim.
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Unmold the cheesecakes. Melt the speculoos spread in the microwave until liquid and drizzle some over the top of the cheesecakes.
Sprinkle crumbled speculoos on top and place half a speculoos on each cheesecake. And there you have it, your cheesecakes are ready to be devoured!
