- Rub lemon juice all over pears and save the extras of the juice.
Into a pot, add pear, sugar, lemon juice and pandan extract.
Simmer until pears becomes soft and tender.
Remove the pear and continue to simmer to thicken the syrup.
Place the pears on a serving tray and pour the syrup on top.
