- Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time beating well each time.
- Add orange juice, mix well.
- Fold in the flour all at once.
- Preheat oven at 170 Degrees C.
- Pour batter in cupcake mould, bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 degrees C.
- For Icing:
Put both ingredients ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Spread icing on the cake and sprinkle some orange rind.
