Mac & Cheese With Vienna Sausage
My kids love this dish and it's so simple to make and inexpensive too.
You can play with the seasoning/ingredients to make it taste as you wish.
Ingredients
1 large can of chicken vienna sausage (cut in pieces)
Butter
Whole milk
Cheddar cheese or queso de papa
Salt & Pepper
Macaroni (follow package instructions)
Parsley (optional)
When macaroni is done drain and put aside. In same pot melt butter, add milk, cheese, salt and pepper and stir until creamy, add macaroni and mix well. In a frying pan add vienna sausage and 1 tsp of butter and heat while stirring until sausage browns, serve with mac & cheese and enjoy?
