Bak kwa fried rice

2 eggs (beaten, fried and cut into stripes)

2 slices Bak Kwa (cut into stripes)


2 bowls overnight Cooked white rice from the fridge

10 medium size prawns (shelled and cut into half, fry till red and curled up)

7 artificial crab sticks (diced)

some brocolli flower (for the color)


3 tablespoons chicken stock (ready-made, swonsen brand)

1 teaspoon salt

1 garlic, chopped finely

1 tablespoon cooking oil (we use corn oil)


  • Heat up wok, fry the garlic till fragrant, add in Bak Kwa, fry for a while, add in rice then everything from ingredients(B).
  • Add in chicken stock and salt and continue frying for a while more. Dish on a large plate and garnish with fried egg stripes.
