- Marinate the beef in soy sauce and lemon juice and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so.
- In a pan, saute the onion rings in a tablespoon or two of olive oil. Once the onions have reached your prefered level of doneness, take them out of the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the beef in low fire together with the marinade until tender. Top with the onion rings and serve with hot rice.
