Beef steak stroganoff

Ingredients

Season; Saute in 1 tablespoon oil :

• 4 beef ribeye steak

Add; Stir in :

• 3 cups sliced mushrooms
• 2 cups onions, sliced
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Sprinkle with; Deglaze and add :

• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup dry sherry
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Off the heat, Stir in; Garnish with :

• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
