This is an egyptian cuisine. Minced beef with an asian touch ^_^ marinated with onions and soy sauce . This goes well with tahini sauce,pita bread or plain rice and veggie salad.
Mix all ingredients except the oil and veggies. marinate for30 minutes or more . then form into a fingerlike or balls . roll unto your prepared coating .
Heat the oil in frying pan and dip in your kofta one at a time . don't overcrowd them to get a better result .
Meanwhile , prepare your favorite green veggies in a serving tray and place directly your fried kofta on it . Decorate it with some slice tomatoes and lemon and your done!
