    Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the finely sliced onion, as well as the sliced capers and pickles.
  • Step 2 - Beef steak tartare
    Add the mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Step 3 - Beef steak tartare
    Form the tartare on the serving plate, with a circle, a bowl, or by hand.
  • Step 4 - Beef steak tartare
    Form hollows on each tartare.
  • Step 5 - Beef steak tartare
    Put an egg yolk in it.
  • Step 6 - Beef steak tartare
    There you are, your steak tartars are ready! Feel free to add toppings on the plate so that everyone can accommodate it in their own way. Mix the meat well before eating, so that the egg yolk is incorporated.

Ground meat: The ground meat must be very fresh and must be chopped during the day. You can also use chopped with a knife, which you can ask your butcher.
