- Marinate the mutton pieces with the blended/grounded ingredients for about 1/2 hour.
- Heat the oil and when heated, add the marinated mutton inside and stir for about 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook until the mutton becomes soft.
- Taste first before adding the salt as belacan does infuse salty taste too.
- Finally, add the coriander leaves, give a good stir before removing from heat.
