Bitter Gourd Pickle
Preparation

Marinate the bitter gourd pieces with some salt and keep it aside in a colander for some time. Squeeze out the water.

Steam garlic pieces and bitter gourd pieces in a steamer separately. Wipe off the water and keep aside.

Heat oil,splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Now add chopped ginger and ginger paste.

Add green chillies and saute it without losing the colour. Pour 1 cup water, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.

When it starts to boil, add bitter gourd pieces and garlic. Remove from fire.

Transfer to a dry bottle.Serve after a day or two.
