Cut the pork into little pieces. Fry quickly in a pan, the meat has to stay rare inside, but brown outside.
Then, in a big pot, make a caramel, pouring the sugar and a little bit of water in it. Don't stir.
When the caramel starts to form, pour the cup of water and immediatly stir, until the caramel dissolve in it. Then, add the spices, the soy sauce and the stock cube.
Add the pork. Leave on high heat for 30 minutes, regularly stirring so the meat doesn't burn on the bottom.
Take out of the heat and serve. There you are, your caramel pork is ready!
