- Take a bowl full of water. Add salt to the water.
- Soak the cauliflower for a half an hour in the salt water.
- Drain the cauliflower out of water once it has soaked for 30 minutes.
- Rub chilli powder, turmeric and salt and allow it marinate for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai for dep fry.
- Drop in the marinated cauliflower one by one and fry until they are golden brown.
- Serve Hot.
