Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Cauliflower Florets - 250 g

Tumeric Powder - 1 teaspoon

Chilli Powder - 4 teaspoons

Salt- As Required

Oil to fry

Preparation

  • Take a bowl full of water. Add salt to the water.
  • Soak the cauliflower for a half an hour in the salt water.
  • Drain the cauliflower out of water once it has soaked for 30 minutes.
  • Rub chilli powder, turmeric and salt and allow it marinate for another 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for dep fry.
  • Drop in the marinated cauliflower one by one and fry until they are golden brown.
  • Serve Hot.
