  • Chinese noodles wok (vegetables and textured soy proteins) - Preparation step 1Prepare the marinade: Start by rehydrating the textured soy proteins by placing them in a bowl with hot water and covering everything with a plate. Reserve for 10 minutes then drain.
    Place the rehydrated and drained soy protein in a new bowl with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix well and leave to rest for 30 minutes (or the night before).
  • Chinese noodles wok (vegetables and textured soy proteins) - Preparation step 2Prepare the other ingredients: clean the Chinese cabbage and slice it. Do the same with the mushrooms.
    In a pan, heat the olive oil then add the marinated soy proteins and the mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    Once cooked and drained, add them to the pan with the garnish.
