Can I freeze my Chinese noodle wok?
Yes No problem ! You can defrost this dish in a pan placed over medium/low heat while stirring.

What is textured soy protein?
Soy proteins are made from de-oiled soy flour. It is a food very rich in vegetable proteins and can be stored for a long time thanks to its dehydrated form. In fact, once they are rehydrated, they look like shredded pieces of chicken. Without any particular taste, they take on the flavors of the foods with which they are cooked. Don’t hesitate to have fun with the multitude of spices and herbs that come your way!

Can I replace textured soy proteins?
If you don't want this recipe to be vegetarian, you can replace the soy protein with shredded chicken.

Is this recipe vegan?
Guaranteed without animal proteins, this recipe is therefore truly vegan.
